Roles and Responsibilities : PSP & Banks
  • Members shall ensure that mandate ensure mandate service are available 24*7 for customer.
  • Apps/bank shall ensure notification is sent with basic details of IPO Mandate transactions.
  • Bank/PSPs to ensure that duplicate multiple mandate blocks are not allowed in customers account for the same mandate.
