The NPCI Way
As part of the NPCI Way, a survey has been conducted with the help of Jombay to get genuine employee feedback about NPCI along with suggestions for changes. All employees wholeheartedly participated in the survey and the results were very encouraging as well as insightful. In line with the NPCI Way, the following is a snapshot of the scores, arrived at by considering the responses out of 100% (higher is better):
The responses were kept totally confidential by Jombay and identities of respondents were not shared with NPCI. An unedited copy of the report has also been emailed to all employees from the desk of MD & CEO.
