Welcome to the fourth edition of HR Bytes. It has been more than a year since NPCI 2.0 was officially rolled out and NPCI has already started to realise the increase in efficiency and competitiveness which was envisioned. In order to build up on this, NPCI has undertaken various measures over the last year, such as ievolve, organization structuring, revamping of HR policies, and now, the NPCI culture is being moulded through the NPCI Way.

The NPCI Way was announced and subsequently, more details were shared with the help of emails and live VC sessions. An employee feedback survey was also conducted recently with the help of Jombay. NPCI’s Employee Wellness efforts have also been awarded with the prestigious Stevie Award. This is truly a proud moment for NPCI, since the award had received more than 3800 nominations from 63 countries. As always, HR and Administration teams are hard at work to ensure success of the most important part of NPCI – the employees!
