The NPCI Way
On the basis of the NPCI Way Survey, employees were asked what new things they would like to try and accordingly, Online Zumba classes and Guitar lessons have been started. Sessions for learning Foreign languages such as French, Spanish and Arabic have been planned. In addition, an Immersive learning journey for the NPCI Way has been initiated with Jombay through the I DEV Plus App. The learning journey covers the different aspects of the NPCI Way and will help to smoothly transition to the NPCI Way.
As mentioned in the recent Town Hall, the NPCI Talks will be starting too!
