EMPLOYEE CONNECT SESSION


Keeping employee safety and well-being as the foremost priority, NPCI implemented Work From Home (WFH) even before national lockdown was announced. Since then, more than 500 employees have been connected by Leadership Teams, Transformation Champions and HR in more than 80 Connect Sessions. Feedback and suggestions shared during these sessions have helped making the WFH experience more effective and efficient.
