ADMINISTRATION

As part of Un-Lockdown preparation across all offices, Administration team had been working extensively to keep the offices ready in a fully sanitized and safe environment, following all the government norms on social distancing and office set-up. Considering significant focus on ensuring employees’ safety, they continue to provide all the support and more to all the employees working from office in terms of various special interventions.

Some of the key activities that the team has been keeping up for last two months and continue to do so are:

• Code of Conduct for Employees working from Office has been rolled out and webinar sessions were conducted for employees across locations for the same. Regular updates are being made to the same and employees are requested to refer to the latest code of conduct and follow it thoroughly.

• Various equipment and facilities have been arranged to provide near-complete contact less experience at offices.

• Temperature checks is being followed for everyone entering the offices
• Shoe covering machines have been installed at all NPCI offices to prevent contamination from shoes
• Face Masks, Hand Gloves and Face Shields have been provided in adequate quantities at all NPCI offices
• Work-stations have been earmarked and labelled with respective employees’ names to avoid frequent changing of workplace since only limited number of workstations are open to work. Rest have been frozen to ensure necessary social distancing even while working on the station.
• Hand sanitizers & tissue napkins have been placed on every workstation to help maintain hygiene
