The COVID Support Team (CST) was formed with 40+ members consisting of volunteers across levels and locations, HR and Admin representatives, as well as Senior Leadership members working to provide support to employees, under the guidance of Dr Darell Demello, the Health and Wellness Advisor. Dr Demello holds 2 meetings daily with members of the CST as well as employees who are facing health issues for self or family in order to provide guidance on medication and precautionary measures.
Vaccination drive was conducted for employees and family members at all major locations. Vaccination for Influenza (flu virus) was also given to children of employees.
A dedicated portal has been launched for employees to get all support for COVID-19 related matters, in a single location. Employees can access it through BUDS by entering “NPCI Unites – COVID Care” in the chat box. The same is also accessible through the Chatbot Menu.
