Since its launch in November 2020, BUDS continues to be enhanced with new and innovative features, to provide the best experience for employees. The following are some major highlights:

1. Policy Hub
The Policy Hub allows employees to view all the HR Policies and guidelines and also to provide feedback on them. Policy Hub can be accessed through the Chatbot Menu. The screenshot below shows a snapshot of the main Policy Hub screen which displays the different HR Policies and Guidelines for reference of employees, on the go.

Employees are encouraged to check out Policy Hub and provide feedback on the different HR Policies and Guidelines.

2. MS Teams Integration
BUDS is now integrated with MS Teams, thereby providing one more way to get instant support. To access BUDS on MS Teams, look for BUDS in the search box.

3. NPCI Unites – COVID Care
In order to provide employees with a single window option for getting assistance in case of any COVID-19 related matters, NPCI Unites – COVID Care Microsite has been introduced. BUDS has been integrated with NPCI Unites to provide ease of access to this critical aid.
