I. ISO Recertification

  • ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System (QMS) focuses on process approach and aims at organisation’s ability to consistently provide products/services that meet customer, applicable statutory & regulatory requirements. It aims to enhance customer satisfaction with active involvement of top management and employees.
  • ISO 22301:2012 certification for Business Continuity Management Standard (BCMS) demonstrates that an organisation is able to resume its most critical processes with reduced level of available resources within a timeframe during a calamity or disaster. 
  • ISO 27001:2013 certification for Information Security Management System (ISMS) focuses on systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process.

II. IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (RBNQA)

The IMC RBNQA criteria for Performance Excellence has been an enriching journey for all of us at NPCI since the year 2015.  In the Year 2015, National Payments Corporation of India had been honored with “Certificate of Merit” by IMC RBNQA Trust.  Subsequently, NPCI was declared as a winner of Performance Excellence Trophy in Service Category for “IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Cycle – 2016”.

NPCI achieves ISO 27001:2005 (Information security management system (ISMS) standard) certification

NPCI has been awarded with the Information Security Management systems ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification (for all offices located at Mumbai , Chennai & Hyderabad ) , acclaimed as the world's highest accreditation for Information Protection and Security from International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). By achieving the ISO 27001:2005 certification, we can demonstrate to our customers our commitment to Data Security, as well as our commitment to providing the highest standard in everything we do. ISO27001 addresses controls for Physical security, processes and assets across organisation.

NPCI has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for Quality Management Standard (QMS) that defines implementation on customer satisfaction, process approach, conformance to regulatory requirements and active involvement of top management and employees.

NPCI has also achieved ISO 22301:2012 certification for Business Continuity Management Standard (BCMS). The certification demonstrates that it can protect against, prepare for, respond to, and recover when disruptive incidents arise. This states that all products & services are secure, user-friendly, automated and available round the clock.
