Job Description: 

Job Purpose:

Manage the development & deployment of support applications for internal stakeholders across the Organization.

Handle the development and enhancements for support applications for internal customers– e.g.     ERP..

Coordinate with the vendor, monitor vendor performance & manage/escalate deviations to obtain the desired developments and changes as per targeted standards

Build inhouse coding capability to ensure technological self-sufficiency for the future

Build the functional testing of the enhancements / new support applications

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems

Provide rollout support of new and enhanced systems

Ensure training is provided to the Product technology maintenance team on new developed/enhanced technological systems; Provide L3 resolution for any system issues

Manage all external 3rd party vendors that are in support of Infrastructure and applications.

Perform day to day oversight, contract negotiation and execution, ensure vendors are meeting SLA and reporting requirements

Manages the IT Infrastructure and Application Support functions to implement consistent security safeguards and controls throughout the organization
