NPCI's Infosec team is responsible for protecting information and systems from major cyber threats. Our team ensures the security of data, information and systems from unauthorized access, disclosure, disturbance, manipulation, or demolition in order to prevent threats from disrupting and damaging confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NPCI's services.

Our team has designed comprehensive set of policies and has embraced design, implementation and maintenance of these policies, processes, standards and guidelines to manage risks to its information assets, thus ensuring acceptable levels of risk. We ensure that processes must remain effective and efficient and also adapt to changes that occur in the internal organization, stake holders and external environment.

Being certified PCI DSS v3.2, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 22301:2012, NPCI has implemented suitable set of controls including policies, processes, procedures, organizational structures and software & hardware functions.
