ALLAHABAD BANK

1.Customer has to visit his home branch and submit mobile banking application form to Branch.
2.Customer will receive URL,application password, mPIN and tPIN on next working day.
3.Customer can Download Application clicking on URL or from Internet from site https://allmobile.allahabadbank.in/MPAYPORTAL/ and transfer to mobile.

All the CBS customer those Mobile number is registered with Bank can get their MMID by sending SMS <MMID> <last six digit of account no.> to mobile number 9248085700 .
Mobile Banking customer can get their MMID by above procedure or through application by selecting IMPS -> Generate MMID.

ANDHRA BANK

1.Customer should visit ATM for registration of mPAY and on successful registration the customer has to download the mobile banking application by clicking the URL link in the SMS message http://mobile.fssnet.co.in/MPAYPORTAL/.
2.The Mobile Banking application will be saved in his/her Mobile.
3.Application prompts user to change application password and M-PIN
4.Customers whose hand sets are not Java enabled should visit ATM for registration of Mobile Banking and should get MPIN for availing SMS service

1.Using application: Customer mobile number should be registered with bank for Mobile Banking Application and MMID can be generated by using m-PAY application under Fund Transfer --> Other Bank--> IMPS --> Generate MMID.

2.Using SMS Tags: Customer mobile number should be registered with the bank for SMS alerts. For getting MMID customer should send SMS as MMID to 9223173924

AXIS BANK

To avail of the services offered on Axis Mobile, you need to register your mobile phone number at any Axis Bank ATM/Branch for SMS Banking. However, if you have provided your mobile number in the account opening form, then it gets automatically registered for SMS Banking.

If you are an Axis Bank customer having a Savings Account (except NRI) and ATM cum Debit Card and you are registered for SMS Banking, then you can avail of Mobile Banking Facility.

Axis Mobile Application

STEP 1: Register for Axis Mobile application1.Run Axis Mobile application on your phone and enter your mobile number registered for SMS Banking. Exit the application.
2.After 5-10 minutes (depending on your mobile operator) you will receive a One Time Activation Code (OTAC) on an SMS. Please note down this number for activation of Axis Mobile on your phone. This OTAC code will be valid for 7 days.
3.Login to the application again and set mPIN of your choice for transacting on Axis Mobile. Enter the OTAC to complete the registration process. In case you do not receive the OTAC in an hour, you can click on “Regenerate OTAC” to receive a fresh OTAC.
4.You need to remember this mPIN as it will be required while transacting on Axis Mobile
STEP 2: Adding an Account in Axis Mobile application •On Axis Mobile, visit Manage Account >> Add Account
•Enter your Axis Bank Account Number (linked to the mobile number registered for SMS Banking) and Nickname
•Enter the below details of your Debit Card linked to the account entered in the previous step:-
◦Card number
◦ATM Pin
◦Expiry date
•Post successful validation of this, the application is ready for use

1.Visit ATM and register for Baroda m-connect service, after successful registration, customer receives SMS on registered mobile containing mobile application URL link for downloading the software, application password and mPIN
2.Customer can go to the nearest branch and fil the application for mobile banking.

MMID can be generated by using m-PAY application ( Fund Transfer --> Other Bank--> IMPS --> Generate MMID. )

Visit your branch and apply for Mobile Banking (Forms are available at branches or customers may download the form from https://www.mahaconnect.in or www.bankofmaharashtra.in).
On successful processing of the application at the branch and Internet Banking Cell, you will receive a 4 digit MPIN for Mobile Banking by post or courier.
On receiving MPIN , contact to our ‘MAHASEVA’ --Customer Care center for registration on Toll Free Number 18002334526 /18002331808 or SMS ACTV to 9975494909
After successful registration, change your MPIN supplied by Bank of Maharashtra.

Users can receive MMID through SMS.
For Retrieval/Receive/Cancellation of MMID:
Send SMS “MMID” to 9975494909 to retrieve/receive your MMID.
Send SMS “MMIDCANCEL” to 9975494909 to cancel your MMID.
(Branch can also generate the MMID for customer through the option provided in the CBS)

1.Visit your base branch and fill up the prescribed application form
2.You will get a userid, default M-PIN and URL (link) via SMS on your registered mobile phone
Downloading Can Mobile application on your mobile handset1.Your handset should be java enabled
2.If you have GPRS connection, download the application using the URL: https://mobile.canarabank.in/canapp/ else download the application by accessing the above URL in your PC and transfer the application to your mobile handset using data cable or bluetooth
3.CanMobile icon will appear in your mobile handset
Login process 1.Click CanMobile icon (generally stored in application folder of your mobile handset)
2.Enter your userid (case sensitive)
3.Click on option tab and choose login
4.Click OK to accept Terms and conditions
5.Application will prompt you to change the MPIN (for the first time)

CATHOLIC SYRIAN BANK

1.Registration through Branch
You can download the application form from our website www.csb.co.in.
Kindly submit the duly filled in application in the respective branch, where you are maintaining the account. Once the registration formalities are completed by the Bank, you will receive an SMS (URL for mChek java application) from mChek within 24 hours. If you are using GPRS service, the application will get downloaded directly into your phone. If you are using CDMA enabled phone, you can go for IVR solution by dialing the number 02227811080 . As part of the mobile banking registration process, you have to create a 6digit mChek PIN which have to be subsequently used to authorize every mobile transaction.
2. Registration through ATM
Please visit the nearest CSB ATM. Insert the ATM Card and enter the Pin. Two options will be displayed- Banking and Services. Click on “Services” option and select the sub-menu “Mobile Registration”. The system will prompt for Mobile No and it will ask for confirming the same. On confirmation, the mobile number will be successfully registered for mobile banking and will be automatically linked to the account of the card.

2.Then collect the MPIN from branch and change it

CORPORATION BANK

Please fill in the prescribed request form and submit it your branch where you are maintaining your account. Once the form is processed the Bank will send the PIN (Personal Identification Number) to your mobile as an SMS. You will have to activate the facility by sending an SMS in the prescribed format to 5667716 or 9243717778
For example, if the PIN you receive is 7890 and your account number with the Bank is SB/01/123456 then the activation message has to be sent in the following format
ACTIVATE 7890 123456
Please note that only the numeric portion (last 6 numbers) of the account number needs to be mentioned
Once activation process is completed you are now ready to use the SMS Banking facility of the Bank.
Customer can download mobile banking application as well

1.For getting MMID customer should fill the application form and submit to the base branch

13 Dena Bank All registrations for Mobile Banking Service for GPRS mode will be done at the branch level.  Customer has to submit the application to the branch After sending SMS <MMID> to 9223175152 , customer will receive the MMID for all the accounts registered with the mobile number via SMS on Mobile no.All registered Mobile Banking Users will be allotted MMID and which will be Send through SMS after registrating for Mobile Banking Service.
 For others to Generate MMID:

14 Development Credit Bank You can register yourself for DCB On The Go by visiting nearest DCB branch and subsequently by filling up of the customer registration form. You can also click the link for ‘Registration for DCB On The Go – Instant Mobile Banking’ through DCB Personal Internet Banking for registering yourself for the mobile banking services. Customers who are registered for SMS Alerts can also register by sending SMS (DCBGO) to 5626360 or by calling DCB 24 Hour Customer Care 32811322 or 1800 209 5363 (toll free).
 After submitting the form, a link to download the application and M-PIN will be sent via SMS

16 Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank 1.Customer has to fill up and sign the Mobile Banking registration form to get registered for Mobile banking services, Customer will get registered within three working days.
2.MMID, Request PIN and Application PIN is sent to the Customer through SMS at the moment of registration of the Customer.

18 HDFC Bank To access MobileBanking services of HDFC Bank, you need to be registered for MobileBanking and NetBanking. MobileBanking registration will be complete in 4 working days from submission of your application form at the Branch. You can also register for MobileBanking instantly using the 'MobileBanking registration' option available inside NetBanking. You would be able to access HDFC Bank MobileBanking on ngpay once you have successfully registered for MobileBanking and NetBanking
 To download NGPay application, SMS NGPAY to 56767. You shall receive link via SMS, click and download the application. The application shall ask you to register and set the PIN.

•Dial *525# >> ICICI Bank Mobile Banking menu will appear. Enter 7 for More Services >> Enter 4 for Generate MMID >> Enter the last 4 digits of the account number for which MMID needs to be generated >> Your 7-digit MMID will be displayed.

SMS
•SMS MMID >space< to               9222208888       to know MMID for the particular account.

Internet Banking
•Login to Internet Banking >> Click on Generate MMID >> Select Account Number for which MMID needs to be generated.
21 IDBI Bank 1.Fill the form and submit at IDBI Bank Branch.
2.MMID will be send via SMS to the registered mobile number.
Browser Mode (GPRS) :
1.Visit the following URL: https://mremit.idbibank.co.in
2.Enter your Customer ID and Login Password (Login password has been sent to the customer via SMS on completion of the registration process).
3.Select “View MMID” option to know MMID for your account number/s.

22 Indian Bank 1.Register your mobile number with your branch. Subscribe for mobile banking with the bank and get MPIN and MMID
2.The existing mobile banking customers can avail the new J2ME mobile banking facility immediately. The new customers, who want to avail the facilit.y, should request his Home Branch for enabling the Mobile Banking facility and then can avail the J2ME facility.
3.The URL link for application download will be sent to the customer’s mobile when the customer sends the request “IndMobile” through his mobile to our mobile banking service number (              9444394443      ). The J2ME Mobile banking application can also be downloaded from the bank’s website directly using USB/GPRS.
4.To install the J2ME application in the mobile handset, the customer opens the application and the registration process will start automatically wherein the customer needs to enter the Mobile Number & 4 digit numeric MPIN. The customer will register the 6 digit application password as per his choice. Upon successful validation of MPIN, CIF & the Mobile No, the system starts registration and synchronization of Linked Accounts & Added Beneficiary Accounts.

2.Two messages will be sent of which one message will contain the customer’s User Id and the other contains the link to the application.

4.Visit your nearest IndusInd Bank Branch: Walk into your nearest IndusInd Bank branch and ask any one of our service representatives to assist you in the IndusMobile Registration.
5.Request through IndusNet: Place a request for Mobile Banking registration through your IndusInd Bank NetBanking account on the service request link.
6.After registering you will receive through SMS the web-link to download the IndusMobile Application, Application Password, MPIN & SMS PIN. 28 Karur Vysya Bank Submit the mobile banking application form at branch.
2. You will receive link to download the Application, password and Mpin through SMS.
Get the MMID from the application by selecting 'Know your
MMID' option OR visit branch. 
29 Kotak Mahindra Bank 1.Download the Kotak Mobile Banking application by sending "K MOBILE <Last 4 digits of your CRN>" as an SMS to 9971056767  or 5676788, from mobile number registered with bank.
2.Login to Kotak Mobile Banking with Net Banking User ID and password to receive the Activation Key on mobile number and email ID registered with Bank.
3.To activate mobile banking, customer will need to visit the nearest kotak mahindra bank branch.
4.Login to the Kotak Mobile Banking application click on Banking > Payments > Other Banks - Instant (IMPS). Select your bank account from which the amount is to be debited

Send "K MMID B" as an SMS to  9971056767  or 5676788 from your mobile number registered with the bank. Here 'B' is the last 4 digits of your account number. The MMID for the account will be sent via SMS and email alerts. Alternatively, login to Mobile Banking and View the MMID ( IMPS Menu) by clicking on 'View MMID' option. Customer can also by Call 24-hour KMB Customer Contact Centre or visiting the nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank branch
30 Lakshmi Vilas Bank A Customer has to fill-in the mobile banking services request form for availing this facility and submit to their base branch where his/her account is maintained. Upon successful registration, the Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) will be sent to customer mobile through SMS. Our Bank MMID starts with 9056. Eg. 9056013
 For download of application, send LVBDOWNLOAD to   9282441155      /9223175501 and receive download link via SMS.

31 Oriental Bank Of Commerce The customers can avail OBCmPAY services by registering either by visiting the Branch or by registering through ATM.

Registration through Branches -
 Customers are required to submit duly filled application form for enabling Mobile Banking services. The application is available at Branches and it can also be downloaded from Bank's Web Site "www.obcindia.co.in (under Customer Service >> Forms Warehouse).
 
Registration through ATMs of Bank -
 Customers can alternatively visit any ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce and register themselves using their debit card.
The Process of registering for Mobile Banking through ATM is given hereunder-
 Visit the nearest ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce
 Insert/dip ATM card in the ATM
 ATM prompts to enter ATM Card's PIN.
- Enter the PIN
 Select Others > Mobile Banking > Registration option in the ATM Menu
 - ATM prompts to enter Mobile number
 Enter 10 digit Mobile number and select <Confirm> button
 - ATM prompts to re-confirm Mobile number
 Please re-enter the same 10 digit Mobile number and select <Confirm> button
 - ATM prompts to select the Account Type options <CURRENT> or <SAVINGS> (only one account is permitted per mobile for Mobile Banking facility).
 If entered details are valid, ATM displays "Your Mobile Number Registered successfully" with Application Activation code and mPIN and prints the same
 If the details are invalid, ATM Displays "Registration Failure"
 After successful registration customers would get an SMS in their registered mobile number containing the URL for downloading application
 Downloading of Application
 The application can be downloaded by either of the following two modes:-
 1. Using Data Cable
 2. Using GPRS (Mobile Internet)
 Using Data Cable -
 The Mobile Banking application can be transferred to the Mobile Phone using the Datacable after downloading it on the Personal Computer or Laptop from the WebSite at the following url and putting in the mobile phone number and Activation code (for first time) and mPIN ( subsequently, if required) -
 https://mobile.fssnet.co.in/MPAYPORTAL
 Visit the link <Tools- Download> and enter the required information and select download option.
 Using GPRS -
 Alternatively, application can also be downloaded using the GPRS, to mobile phone itself from the link provided to customer in the SMS after their successful registration through ATM or Branch.
 Activation of Application
 While login first time to the mobile banking application downloaded to Mobile phone through any of the above methods, customers are required to enter their activation code (received either through the SMS confirming registration or on the ATM slip, if registered through ATM) and change their mPIN. 

Process for obtaining MMID (Mobile Money Identification Number) for :
1.Customers already availing Mobile Banking Services of Bank
 Customer shall select menu option "Fund transfer< Other Bank< Register for IMPS" of mPay application to obtain MMID.
2.Customers Not availing Mobile Banking Services of Bank but are registered for SMS Alert facility offered by Bank- Customer shall send SMS "MMID" to the number               9223173923       to obtain MMID
 


32 Punjab and Maharashtra Co-op Bank 1.Customer can submitt the duly filled e-banking form & submit to the nearest branch.
2.Can opt to the send message as [REG] to PMC no.  9773251313      .
Intimation will be received stating Registration have been done for 'Mobile-pay' 
How to get MMID?
 Once the form is scrutinised by the home branch customer will receive the message stating the details of his MMID and the accounts linked to it.
How to retrive the MMID
 1.Go the 'Retrieve MMID' option available in the application, loaded on Cell phone.
 2.Send message as [MMID] to PMC no. 9773251313. Will receive the MMID through SMS.
 3. Call our 24x7 Toll free No.1800-223-993.
33 Punjab National Bank 1.Fill the form manually at branch.

All SBT customers having mobile banking facility will be issued 7 digit MMID for the primary account registered for Mobile Banking. For linking other accounts, they may visit the Branch and apply for the same by filling up an application form.
 Customers not registered for mobile banking can register their mobile number at the nearest State Bank ATM to get MMID for the primary account linked to the ATM card, as described below:

45 The A P Mahesh Co-op. Urban Bank 1.Customer has to fill up and sign the Mobile Banking Registration Form to get registered for Mobile Banking and submit in the parent branch where the account is operational.
2.The filled application forms are entered into the system for registration and MMID & MPIN will get generated. The same will be sent to the customer through SMS.
3. In order to download application compatible to customer mobile, customer shall visit the bank’s web site and under Mobile Banking Option – the IMPS application links are available for download.

2.Select Interbank Mobile Payment System.

The customer has to go to the ATM and has to perform below steps:
 1.The Customer inserts his debit card and enters the debit card pin number.
2.On the display screen selects the “others” menu option.
3.On the next screen selects “Mobile Payment”
4.Then select “UMobile” and choose “Registration”.
5.Customer is prompted to enter his mobile number and confirm it for registration
6.Once his mobile number is entered it is validated by the system and if found valid it prints the receipt in the following format:-

50 United Bank of India Please obtain the mobile banking application form from the website of the Bank on www.unitedbankofindia.com.
2.Submit the duly filled in application form to the branch.
3.On successful registration by the Branch the application password, mPin and GPRS link for downloading the mobile banking application will be sent through SMS.
4.The Customers not having GPRS facility may visit the website of the Bank for downloading the application.
5.The downloaded application should be installed in the mobile.
6.While accessing for the first time the application will prompt to change the application password & mPIN and to select the communication mode (SMS or GPRS).
7.Once the application password and mPIN is changed successfully the mobile banking service is activated.

51 Vijaya Bank 1.Customer walks into the Bank's ATM to register V-Mobile Banking Service.
2.Customer inserts/dips ATM card in the ATM.
3.ATM prompts the Customer to enter ATM Card's PIN.
4.Customer selects Mobile Banking à Registration option in the ATM Menu.
5.ATM prompts the Customer to enter his/her Mobile number.
6.Customer should enter 10 digit Mobile number and select Confirm button.
7.ATM prompts the Customer to re-confirm the Mobile number

12.After successful registration, Customer receives SMS (Service SMS) to his/her Mobile from Bank containing Mobile Application URL link for downloading the Mobile Application Software and two passwords 1) Application password. 2) Activation code/mPin.
The customer Mobile handset is to be enabled for ‘GPRS’, customer downloads the application by clicking the URL link in the SMS message http://mobile.fssnet.co.in/MPAYPORTAL/MobileDownload and downloads the Mobile Banking application to his/her Mobile.

Customer can download the Mobile Banking application related to their mobile hand set (Example: For Nokia Mobile – application related to Nokia only ) from the web site of Vijaya Bank ( www.vijayabank.com ) to their PC and there after they have to transfer the application to their mobile hand set through Bluetooth or Data Cable.

The Customer can also step into any of our branches to download the application related to their mobile and set.

All our existing Mobile Banking activated customers will be issued 7 digit MMID for the primary account registered. Their unique MMID number generated from the system will be sent to their Mobile number via SMS.
