- Co-ordination with all departments for ensuring Information security control to be in place
- Assisting in Implementation of firewalls, IPS, Two Factor authentication tools DLP, SIEM, PIM, FIM, and WAF, Encryption tools, antivirus and other security tools.
- Reviewing threats on protocols such as LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and RADIUS etc.
- Generating day to day reports with respect to SOC Operations.
- Conducting Internal VAPT using tools such as Nessus, GFI, Qualys and other VAPT tools.
- Releasing Information security advisories
- Reviewing Hardening of Infrastructure devices.
- Releasing Information security advisories.
- Information security awareness trainings
- Releasing Standard operating procedures and Information security procedures.
- Assisting to achieve Information security Goals

| Role Objective |
Head of Business Development will develop and execute ‘RuPay’ Business Development strategy in the Indian market with specific focus to grow ‘RuPay’ card revenues. The role will provide leadership, subject matter expertise, competitive dynamics and market insights in order to execute, go-to-market strategy and delivery of compelling member bank propositions as well as provide input into the development of payment products and solutions. |
| Accountabilities |
- Manage and grow business in collaboration with internal constituents to create a go-to-market approach, including sales, marketing plans, pricing and the service delivery models for both existing and new products.
- Align and manage internal stakeholders within Products, Acceptance, Marketing, Sales and Technology to create momentum and drive the business.
- Develop sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with product team, operations, acceptance, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
- Execute ‘RuPay’ Sales Framework to identify member bank needs and oversee the delivery of solutions that address those needs.
- Construct partnership/commercial agreements with member banks and successfully negotiate closure in line with ‘RuPay’ strategic priorities, revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyse member bank’s business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
- Responsible for P&L management and results.
- Serve as the expert and advocate for the payments landscape to identify and understand the opportunities, challenges and potential priorities to establish mutually beneficial partnerships/commercial relationships.
- Provide continual and timely education to the broader team.

- Carry out Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing.
- Implementing security operation centre policies and procedures.
- Ensuring closure of audit findings carried out by third party audit teams
- Carry out Threat Analysis , Vulnerability assessment , penetration testing
- Review periodically the security parameters and requirements of changes occur all the time like configuration data added, removed or altered all the time; any patches or upgrades come out; new vulnerabilities and to identified risks which are vulnerable to security breaches.
- Regularly monitor the updates and patches available on the Original Equipment Manufacture website whenever a new patch is released and the same after going through the change management process.
- Releasing Information security advisories.
- Information security awareness trainings
- To have a periodic Security Review using Security parameters and requirements changes occur all the time like configuration data added, removed or altered all the time; any patches or upgrades come out; new vulnerabilities and to identified risks which are vulnerable to security breach.
