Shri Rahul Joshi is head of Digital Channels (ATM, Internet, Mobile, and future channels such as TV banking, Kiosks etc.) in the Retail Banking Group for ICICI bank.
He also has headed retail internet and mobile banking. He has worked in various groups of ICICI Bank in past 18 years and is currently working on several projects, including revolutionary products in mobile commerce and remittances. His job responsibilities included increasing penetration of internet and mobile banking in the total transactions carried out by various channels of the bank.
He successfully transformed this channel form a cost centre to a profit centre. He also is certified trainer for RAPID (Retail Asset Product and Policy Induction Programme) and Five S. He has been a panellist for selection of candidates from tier 1 campuses including IIMs. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
