Tanmay Panda has joined NPCI as Head HR with effect from 10th February’2010.

Tanmay brings with him around 20 years of rich experience in the domain of HRD & IR in both Public Sector and Private Sector Organisations in India. Prior to joining NPCI he was working as DGM(HRD) at  Bharat  Electronics Limited , Corporate Office , Bangalore (a Defence Navratna PSU). Prior to that he has worked for Reliance SEZ, Bank of Baroda and Allahabad Bank.

He has been responsible for Implementing Competency Model, ePMS, Career Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning. Skilling and re-skilling the Human Capital to adapt a Customer-Centric Approach.

Tanmay has done his Masters in PM&IR from Utkal University and CAIIB. He is outbound and has good networking skills.
