Sri M A Nayagam, is Asst General Manager, Department of Information Technology, Canara Bank, Head Office, Bangalore who analyses technologies and strategies for Information technology services of the bank.  He helps technology users to track and understand Banks requirements as well as global search strategy for fulfillment of the requirements of the bank. In addition, he has also involved in decision making on finalization of  systems  with latest technology requirements for the bank.

Prior in joining in Department of Information Technology of the bank, He was heading a branch, where helped grow the business of the bank for decades.  His responsibilities included introducing technology in Internet, Financial Inclusion, Mobile Banking and various alternate delivery channels viz. ATM, Channel banking, Kiosks etc in the Retail/Corporate Banking for the improvement in global Business of the bank.

Nayagam received his Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance.
