Navin is responsible for managing the ongoing operations and business growth of HSBC's cash management business in India.
Before assuming this role, Navin was responsible for design and execution of PCM's global initiative on Working Capital and Liquidity Management.
Before his strategy role, Navin was responsible for management of HSBC's PCM business in Japan. During his time, Navin transformed the PCM business with HSBC Japan being rated as # 1 Cash Management Bank in Japan by EuroMoney.
Prior, he was Senior Vice President, Product Management responsible for the ideation, execution and commercialization of the Product Life Cycle (PLC) methodology that is today the cornerstone of the product management discipline for HSBC Global Payments and Cash Management business.
Prior to joining HSBC, Navin was with Citigroup based in San Francisco, as Global Relationship Manager of technology, media and telecommunications clients. He joined Citigroup as a management associate shortly after graduating from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
In 2008, Navin was recognized as "The 50 Most Promising Young Leaders" in Asia-Pac by Asian Banker publication.
Navin is an Art of Living teacher and volunteers at slum school in Dharavi.
